The services provided by TopCards are digital and do not involve physical delivery.
Once the service has been provided (creation or posting of content, product cards, etc.), no refunds are possible.

In the event of a technical error or inability to fulfill the order on our part, the client has the right to a partial or full refund upon agreement of the parties.
